Assessed case and conducted a forensic shooting reconstruction. We determined, through the scientific method, that the shooter’s explanation held no water and that the forensic evidence clearly pointed to the fact that he shot an unarmed male in the back. Testified in Brooklyn Civil Court. Jury verdict was for plaintiff ($2.5 million) and all jurors checked off the box indicating it was an intentional shooting.
